Shipping

We ship UPS ground and USPS for a flat rate of $6.00 to anywhere in the United States. We also ship to Canada for a flat rate of $12.00. All shipments should arrive in 5-10 business days. Please contact us at 1-866-304-0880 if you are experiencing a long delay in your shipment. If you would like to receive your Sugar Tush item(s) the next day, we can ship overnight (with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska ) for $19.00.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping. If your order has already shipped, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or a refund.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any of your Sugar Tush purchases, please return the items within 14 days and we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange them. Please send the items that you are returning along with your contact information to the following address:
